 ITC to announce Q4 results and dividend on May 18

Index heavyweight and cigarettes-to-hotels major ITC will declare its March quarter earnings on Thursday, May 18.

"A meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company has been convened for Thursday, 18th May 2023, inter alia, to consider and approve the audited standalone and consolidated financial results of the company," ITC said in an exchange filing.

The company will also consider and recommend the final dividend for the financial year ended 31st March 2023, ITC added.

In today's trade, ITC shares hit a fresh 52-week high of Rs 433.45 on BSE. On a year-to-date basis, the stock has surged over 29%, while it has risen over 64% in the last one year.
